What to expect during your chemical peel facial?

When you come in for your appointment, your aesthetician will discuss your goals, and suggest the best peel for you from any one of these amazing options for your skin’s specific needs. After your treatment, you’ll leave your appointment with a healthy glow and able to carry on with your day! All of these peels are amazing options for clients who want glowing, refreshed skin with quick spa services and no downtime.

During your procedure, you might not experience visible peeling. That doesn’t mean your treatment was ineffective. Everyone experiences different levels of peeling, depending on your skin type, type of peel, and sensitivity levels. Some people experience ‘sheeting,’ when large portions of the skin peel off at once. Some experience ‘flaking,’ when small pieces of skin peel off, similar to mild peeling after a sunburn. Others exfoliation is not visible at all. If you don’t peel, your skin is still exfoliating but it’s on a cellular level that can’t be seen by the naked eye! Typically, the deeper the peel you receive, the more extensive peeling you will experience.
