Dr. Minter, OMT

Shoreline Integrative Health at Re3

A native Floridian, she grew up in the sun and sands of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. She left the beaches for Tampa Bay and attended the University of South Florida. While at USF she developed solid team building and leadership skills while working with a variety of student organizations. She has had many roles in life from personal assistant, marketing coordinator, project manager, teacher, massage therapist, daughter, sister, and friend (just to name a few). In every role, she has focused on elevating others through personal empowerment and transformation. She chose to start a career in medicine later than most; however, knew this would be the best way to make a difference for others. She received her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Manatee Memorial Hospital. Since becoming an Osteopathic Physician, she has been at the bedside to help the people of her community recover from some of their worst ailments and guide them through their most vulnerable experiences. Still, she believes people deserve more. As the founding physician for Shoreline Integrative Health, she has created a novel medical model that integrates eastern and western philosophies to guide and empower people ready to create their wellness transformation.

Dr. Minter has held many different roles in healthcare and has witnessed where standard medical care excels and where it can fall short of meeting patient needs. A true patient advocate, she developed Shoreline Integrative Health as a novel and dynamic medical practice to provide personalized preventive and lifestyle medicine. Based on her favorite quote “the cure for anything is saltwater: sweat ,tears, or the sea”, her wellness philosophy and care model emphasizes physical movement, mental health, and grounding outdoor experiences. As a patient of Shoreline Integrative Health you will be expertly guided on your wellness journey starting with a comprehensive medical history review and consultation. During this health assessment you will discuss your individual goals with Dr Minter. She will design a personalized care plan that will include nutritional recommendations, movement programs, life coaching, a blend of eastern/western medicine modalities to suit your needs, musculoskeletal and somatic hands on therapeutic treatments, and Osteopathic Manual Therapy (including high velocity low amplitude skeletal manipulation if needed). This is not a primary care practice, this is a comprehensive integrative wellness center for those who are ready to take ownership of their wellbeing. Come to the Shoreline, where peace and power combine to create lasting transformation.
